First Capital Equities Limited (“the Company”) was incorporated in Pakistan on January 26, 1995 as a private limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The was converted into a public limited company on June 18, 1997 and is listed on Lahore Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited. The Company is a subsidiary of First Capital Securities Corporation Limited which owns 67.28% of the share capital of the Company. The principal activities of the Company include share brokerage and conducting/publishing business research.
