Chief Minister Punjab announce 110,000 free 13th-generation laptops to student by honhar laptop scheme this year. Online Registration started on 2 March 2025; distribution begins after Ramadan, around April-May 2025.The Chief Minister also announced that 2,000 laptops will be given to minority students. This program is also available for students who are in First or second semester of BS programs.

1️⃣ CNIC/B-Form – Your valid identity document.
2️⃣ Educational Certificate – Latest result card or degree.

5️⃣ Passport-size Photo – Recent and clear.

Laptop Distribution Details
110,000 laptops for university students of BS programs.
Eligibility Criteria
Explaining the eligibility requirements, Rana Sikandar Hayat stated that students enrolled in BS programs at public sector universities are eligible to apply. The provincial minister further clarified that students in their first and second semesters can benefit from this scheme. The merit criteria have been set as follows:
- 80% for medical students
- 65% for BS students
