Eligibility
✔ Pakistani citizen with a valid CNIC.
✔ Low-income household or below the poverty line.
✔ Not receiving other government aid (except BISP).
✔ Widows, orphans, disabled persons, and daily wage workers.
✔ Families affected by floods, inflation, or economic hardships.

- Rs. 25,000 per eligible family.

Benazir Taleemi Wazaif
This program provides education stipends to children of BISP Kafalat beneficiaries to support their schooling.
Eligibility
✔ The child must be a dependent of a BISP Kafalat beneficiary.
✔ The child must be enrolled in a school/college.
✔ The child must attend at least 70% of classes.

How to Apply?
For Benazir Kafaalat Program
- Visit the nearest BISP office.
- Provide your CNIC and complete the NSER survey.
- If eligible, you will receive a confirmation message from 8171.
For 8171 Ehsaas Program 25000
- Go to the BISP website.
- Enter your CNIC number and complete the form.
- Submit your application and wait for verification.
- If approved, you will receive a confirmation SMS from 8171.
For Benazir Taleemi Wazaif
- Visit the nearest BISP enrollment center.
- Submit the following documents:
- Mother/Guardian’s CNIC (BISP beneficiary).
- Child’s B-Form (CRC) issued by NADRA.
- School admission slip verified by the headmaster/teacher.
- Complete the registration process.
- Once approved, the stipend will be transferred to the beneficiary’s account.
