CM KPK Ali Amin Gandapur Announced Free Laptops For Students

Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Ali Amin Gandapur, has announced that qualifying students in KPK will be awarded with free laptops. He said that the KPK government will distribute laptops to the same percentage of students as the Punjab government is currently doing. However, he has not yet disclosed the exact number of laptops to be distributed.
He further said that KPK has performed better than Punjab in terms of governance. He claimed that KPK is the only province that has met the IMF’s conditions, exceeding its revenue collection targets. Currently, the KPK government has a surplus of 170 billion PKR.
Despite the challenging economic conditions, Gandapur highlighted that KPK has increased the income of its citizens by 55%. He also mentioned that our government is going to organize free weddings for 4,000 deserving girls, with each bride receiving 200,000 PKR. Gandapur challenged the Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif to take similar development initiatives in his province.
