Gold Rate Decreases By 2000 PKR After Continuous Rise
Gold prices have decreased in Pakistan. By the end of the business day on 21 February 2025, gold prices decreased by 2000 PKR and came down to 307,000 PKR per tola.
After experiencing continuous price hikes for several days, gold prices in Pakistan have experienced a significant decline today. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of one tola (12 grams) of gold has decreased by 2,000 PKR, bringing the new rate down to 307,000 PKR per tola. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has dropped by 1,714 PKR, bringing it to 263,203 PKR.
According to association, the international gold market has also seen a decline, with the price of gold coming down by $23 per ounce, bringing it down to $2,930 per ounce.This drop in gold prices comes after a series of steady increases, providing some relief to buyers and investors in the gold market.
