Pakistan Secured $4.58 Billion in Loans

• $2.32 billion was received from different international financial institutions.
• $1.12 billion was invested through the Naya Pakistan Certificates.

Comparison To Last Year’s Loans

• During the same period last year, Pakistan borrowed $6.30 billion.
• From July 2024 to January 2025, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) provided $1.048 billion.
• The World Bank gave $573.8 million during this period.

Loan Contributions from Various Countries and Institutions

• China provided $99.1 million, while France financed $102.5 million.
• Multilateral financial institutions collectively provided $2.32 billion.
• The Islamic Development Bank given a total loan of $400 million.
