Trump Has Stopped All Types Of Aid To Ukraine

A U.S. official stated in a statement on Monday, February 3, 2025, that Donald Trump has halted all forms of aid to Ukraine in order to pressure both parties (Russia and Ukraine) toward peace.

According to a report from an international news source, a U.S. official stated that President Donald Trump has reaffirmed his commitment to achieving peace. A White House representative mentioned that Trump stressed the importance of U.S. allies sharing the same level of dedication toward this objective. He remarked, “We are suspending our aid and reviewing the situation.”

Tensions between U.S. President Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky have escalated in recent days. In response, Zelensky issued a video statement yesterday. Reports suggest that a heated exchange took place during a meeting at the White House on Friday between Zelensky, Trump, and Vance.

The discussion intensified when Zelensky declined to accept the ceasefire terms proposed by the U.S., leading Trump and Vance to accuse him of ingratitude. Following his participation in a key summit in London regarding the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Zelensky addressed the situation through a video message on the social media platform X.

He stated: “Everyone stands united on the core issue. To establish lasting peace, we require real security assurances, a position also held by the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Turkey.”

He went on to express appreciation for American support, saying: “We acknowledge the vital role of the United States and deeply value all the assistance we have received from them.”

Zelensky further emphasized, “Not a single day has passed without us expressing our gratitude to the U.S. for its unwavering support in defending our freedom.”
